"Why do I need to be Measured?"
Not all bicycles are created equal, and in order to properly get the bicycle to fit you, a series of measurements need to be made. Body Scanning CRM makes getting those measurements quick and easy; it gives your consultant the correct numbers so she or he can properly adjust your new bicycle.

"I wasn't measured for the last bike I bought."
And that bicycle may have fit you fine. With Body Scanning CRM, the "may have" is taken out of the equation. Body Scanning CRM makes sure you get the correct fit from anyone on the staff.

"What do I need to do?"
All you need to do is relax! Your consultant will have you stand in the module, place your head against the back wall and then take your measurement. There is no need for you to remove your shoes, unless the soles are thicker than the shoes you wear to ride your bicycle. If you are wearing a bulky jacket or sweater you may be asked to remove those items.

"How does the process work?"
After you position yourself in the module, a laser light will be used to take the measurements. Don't worry, it's not strong enough to harm you - but like any bright light, please avoid looking into the beam!

  • The First measurement is the top of your head.
  • Next is your shoulder width, then shoulder height.
  • Then your fist height.
  • And last, your hip height.

Your consultant will ask you some brief questions to identify who you are and then to determine which bicycle is going to be right for you.

She or he will then take the measurements that the Body Scanning CRM software produces and use the bicycle adjustment tool to adjust your new bicycle!
